Does 'Sustainability' Help The Environment Or Just Agriculture's Public Image?

Most farmers agree that adding small grains to a crop rotation is a good thing.

But the roadblock usually seems to be that markets are limited to non-existent for oats, wheat, barley, etc.

Who's fault is that? Government programs certainly don't encourage small grains. Or are farmers satisfied with the status quo and repetitively simple system of corn and beans?

If Walmart, General Mills, and Wrangler continue to step up and provide what their customers want in order to support a more regenerative agriculture system, we might see a significant shift in they way food is grown across the fruited plain!
